RETURNING FROM AUSTRALIA 

We want you to completely love your cherrichella shoes. If you're not completely happy, then follow these 5 easy steps. 

Step 1. Make sure that your order qualifies for a return:

  • Must be purchased from cherrichella.com.au
  • Must be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order
  • Product must be unworn and undamaged
  • Must be returned with all original packaging
  • Sale items do not qualify for refund. Exchange or store credit can be provided

Email us at hello@cherrichella.com.au with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Full name

(You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your request and we will provide a valid RA number for you to complete the returns process with) 

Step 3. Place your return into a safe and secure parcel to protect them in transit.

Step 4. Enter your details & approved RA number within our Australia Post returns portal HERE.

Step 5. Once we receive your return our team will review and process this within 2 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

 

RETURNING FROM NEW ZEALAND

We want you to completely love your cherrichella shoes. If you're not completely happy, then follow these 5 easy steps and we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your shoes.

Step 1. Make sure that your order qualifies for a return:

  • Must be purchased from cherrichella.com.au
  • Must be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order
  • Shoes must be unworn and undamaged
  • Must be returned with all original packaging
  • Sale items do not qualify for refund. Exchange or store credit can be provided

Step 2. Email us at hello@cherrichella.com.au with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Full name

Step 4. Please ensure you choose a reliable transport partner that offers traceability on your returns. The cost of returns is covered by the customer and cherrichella holds no responsibility for lost packages.
