COVID-19. How will the global pandemic affect my shipping?

Let us start by saying, stay safe. We care about you and our local community. Rest assured we are taking the right precautions to pack your shoes in the safest possible way. Hands are washed regularly, hand sanitizer is used, and face masks are worn by our Rockstar team who are working hard to get your shoes to you safely.

We reckon delivery times may be delayed due to the fact that we are based in Melbourne. Victoria is faced with higher restrictions than all other Aussie states.

We can’t wait for Melbourne, Australia and the entire world to get on top of this virus but for now we apologise if we cannot deliver your shoes as fast as you need them. We will get through this together. Stay positive and look out for each other.

How much does shipping cost?

It’s Free! We offer free Australian shipping on all cherrichella orders over AUD $80.00. If your order falls under this threshold then a flat rate of $9.95 will be added at check out.

Do you ship to New Zealand?

Hey Bro! We can't forget our Kiwi sisters. We are excited to let you know that we are now shipping to NZ. It’s Free Shipping on orders over AUD $150.00. If your order falls under this threshold then a flat rate of $20.00 will be added at check out.

How long will my order take?

When your order comes through to us at head office, the cherrichella team normally takes 24 hours to pick your order. Our free Australian shipping then generally takes between 2-4 business days to arrive in your hands (or on your feet).

Who do you use to ship your shoes?

Did you know that we use a 100% carbon neutral shipping partner? We chose Shippit for this very reason. And because they are kinda awesome too. Quick, reliable and a dream partner to work with.

 Do you offer express shipping?

Currently our shipping partner doesn’t offer express shipping. But trust us, they are really speedy when it comes to shipping. And between you and us, we keep poking them to add express shipping to their service. If you are really stuck and need your shoes urgently, then please hit us up at hello@cherrichella.com.au and we will find a solution for you.

Can I track my delivery?

You sure can! Once we have processed your order and it has been dispatched, confirmation will be provided. Tracking will be provided throughout the rest of the journey via our shipping partner Shippit. 

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

We love an autograph but don’t stress, you will have the option to select ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout. Our trustworthy shipping buddies will make sure they leave it in a safe place.

*Handy Tip: If you want the thrill of receiving our shoes on arrival, why not deliver them to your work? Warning: Major envy will occur from your co-workers…

Can I change my address while my shoes are in transit?

Did you move to a new house? Congrats!! Or did you type in your ex’s address by mistake? Oops! Don’t panic, there is always a solution. While we cannot guarantee it’s possible, we will do everything in our power to help you out. Send us an email with your order number and the new address and we will get back to you. hello@cherrichella.com.au

Can I pick up my order in store?

Not at this stage. We don’t have any of our own stores yet. Maybe one day.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

At this stage we only ship outside of Australia, to our Kiwi sisters. We are a young brand and just getting our feet on the ground. It is certainly something we are aiming for in the future. If you are obsessed with our shoes like we are, and you really would like us to ship them your way, then please reach out and we will arrange something that works. Do you ship to Mars?

Um, no. Well maybe one day? We are not quite sure exactly when, but we will let you know when we find out. Our goal: first female to step foot on Mars wearing cherrichella = success! All our dreams will have come true.

Is your packaging sustainable?

So glad you asked. We care about sustainability too. In fact, our mailer bags are 100% compostable. Even the stickers we use on our bags. You will notice we have partnered with our mates at The Better Packaging Co and are using their ridiculously awesome Dirt Bags. Our mailer bags can go straight into your compost. Your worms will love you for it!

Which city do you ship your shoes from?

Melbourne. We are proud Melbournians. Home of the best coffee, the MCG, the Vegemite factory and cherrichella shoes HQ.

Do you ship Internationally?
