MY ORDERS

I bought the wrong size or style. Can I change my order?

Oh damn. Not to worry, we will help you out. Hopefully we haven’t dispatched the shoes yet. Email us at hello@cherrichella.com.au with your order number that you wish to cancel, and we will let you know if it can be stopped. We recommend purchasing the correct style or size in the meantime to avoid missing out. As you might know, all our styles come in limited size runs.

I didn’t receive what I ordered. What do I do now?

First, let us apologise. This was not the experience we were hoping to provide you. Our first priority is to deliver you what you intended to order. Please send us an email at hello@cherrichella.com.au with your order number and details of what you were expecting to receive. Please detail what you received instead. We will organise a replacement for you.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the account login and click on the 'forgot password?'.

Can I update my account details?

Yes - of course you can. Once you've logged into your account you can edit all of the relevant account details in your profile.

PAYMENT

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and Afterpay. Is there a payment type you would prefer? Let us know.

What currency do you sell your shoes in?

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST. Shipping fees (if under the $80 threshold) are also listed in Australian dollars.

Can I order over the phone?

Sorry, we only accept orders placed via our website. If you get stuck ordering online send us an email at hello@cherrichella.com.au

The shoes I like are out of stock. What can I do?

We are really sorry you missed out. We make all of our shoes in a limited size run. Email our customer service team at hello@cherrichella.com.au and they can let you know if something similar is planned for release soon.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment service that allows you to receive our shoes and pay them off in 4 easy instalments. The service is completely free if you pay on time. Think of it as an alternative to a credit card.

Where do I apply my discount code?

You will be able to enter your discount code in the card and checkout.

How do I become a cherrichella VIP?

Very. Important. Person. Yes you are!! How do you join?. It’s simple really. Head here to sign up for all the latest news, offers and invites to our pre-sales.

Is your website safe?

It sure is. We do not store your credit card details. All purchases made go through a secure Shopify payment gateway which protects your personal and payment details.

I am having issues with your site. Can you help?

What!? Now that is something we don’t like hearing. But it sometimes happens right? Please send us an email at hello@cherrichella.com.au and let us know what the issue is. We will do everything we can to help you out.

Do you collaborate with other brands?

Nice to hear from you and thanks for wanting to work with us. We are always interested in working with people who share our values. How do I become a stockist?

We are always open to new stockist enquiries. The easiest way to connect with us is to head here and submit the information required for consideration. Do you have your own stores?

Not just yet. It is certainly something we will look at in the future. For now, we are just working really hard to produce the best shoes we possibly can.

I’m worried my friends will be jealous of my new purchase. What should I do?

I saw a style on your socials but can’t find it online. Can you help?

We sure can. Either send a DM on insta requesting a link to shop that style or send our customer service team an email at hello@cherrichella.com.au and they can help you out. Remember, our collection is only available in limited size runs so if you did miss out, let us know and we can suggest an alternative.

Why are cherrichella shoes so good?

Did you know that our shoes are designed in Melbourne? We actually hand pick the materials that we select for each style in our collection. While the majority of the materials we choose to work with are non-leather, they are not cheap and nasty. We aim to produce a premium product for an accessible price. We have been making shoes for over 15 years and we know how to provide hidden comfort features without impacting the stylish look and feel. We love making shoes and we hope you love ours.

What materials do you use to make your shoes?

The majority of our footwear is made from non-leather materials. Non-leather footwear doesn’t have to be cheap and nasty though. We make our collection in small artisan factories which our team works with daily. We hand pick the materials which we choose to use. We consider what materials are going to have the greatest impact on design and wearability.

What are vegan friendly shoes?

Vegan friendly shoes are made using non-animal products. This means the heels, uppers and insole materials. No leather materials have been used across the entire shoe. Our cherrichella vegan shoe collection is so popular that we curated our favourite styles to shop here. With $1 from every shoe purchase going to an Aussie project in need, don’t miss out on this limited edition.

I am a half size. Why don’t you have half sizes?

It’s so annoying right? First, let us apologise. We are a young company, only just starting out. Once we establish ourselves, we will look at half sizes. For now, all of our sizing is available in full European sizes. Our general recommendation would be to go up a size. Please check out our product description notes for specific size recommendations.
